Mostly incompetent it seems. Shut our water off after a mix up of our bill not being paid after moving to a new address. Charged late fee on top of fee for shutting water off. Lady claimed to have given a courtesy call but never left voicemail and sent no notice in mail.

Wish they would get with the times. System is so out of date!

They were supposed to fix a leak under my mom’s rent house before the renter came back, and they said they would do it. But they never came back, and wouldn’t answer either one of their phones for days on end. It was a nightmare trying to scramble to get the pipes done because they dropped the ball. The receptionist was very nice, though. I have nothing bad to say about her!

I called after 9 AM and Ty was here from Alpine to Fort Davis before 10 AM. That is what I call service.

After using these guys for the first time I will never use anybody again they're very prompt professional and very fast and what they do. they really helped us out during emergency situation thank you so much for all that you all do. Thomas came out on a Saturday morning at 7:00 am. To access the problem, but was booked at another job. Promised to come back later in the day. And then called us at 5pm to offer to come help us.. after working all day. We said Sunday is fine. And at 8 am Sunday morning of a holiday weekend Thomas and his team. Replaced our motor and pump and reqired all as well! They are awesome and will never use anyone else for my water well needs!! They rock!!

We did well with 3 washers, and in general with all the dryers, but washer #17 is apparently damaged, because it did not do the spin cycle and the clothes came out completely wet, we had to squeeze them several times with our hands and then we had to put longer cycles in the dryer to get our things completely dry. In general, most of the machines work well and there are few out of service. I think they should do maintenance on several machines and general cleaning. I recommend the donuts that are in the store next door.

*Update, I called to see if the hot water was fixed and was told that there is warm water. I requested that they put a sign on the door letting customers know there is no hot water before they waste time and money, and the owner told me that he won't put up a sign because people won't want to do their laundry there if they know. It also sounds like there are no plans to fix the hot water. I've changed my review to 1 star because they intentionally are not letting customers know about the hot water.* I travel through this area every winter and have always stopped here to do laundry. Unfortunately they have gone downhill, the past two times I was there there was no hot water and it was very dirty. The dryers worked great a year ago but now take a very long time to dry, perhaps because the filters are not being cleaned regularly. Fixing the hot water and some cleaning will bring it back to a five star laundromat, the prices are fair and they have lots of machines of all sizes.

The number of machines were in great shape and well taken care of. The inside was surprisingly clean. The only issue was that the card reader did not work.

They didn’t show or call first time around but then gave us the name of a guy who could possibly help. We called him and he came out immediately, so problem solved.

The service from Arrowhead Drilling has been absolutely wonderful. They tell you what the'll do, and then do it! From Amy to Lance and Kade...ALL have been nothing short of professional, knowledgeable, courteous and genuine! Thank you!!! I definitely recommend Arrowhead Drilling for anyone looking to have a new well drilled and serviced.

I have visited that particular store here in Alpine and it’s a great store! The staff are so friendly and helpful and always respond to any questions I may have in regards to any merchandise I may have in mind! This is my now go to store to purchase any kitchen ware or just any household ware! True Value hardware is the place to be!

I had a relatively small job, customized due to the design of my house. 80% of the roof collects and flows towards the back of the house, so most of the precipitation (when it does rain) flows to the back edge of the house. The installer worked with me, putting in large gutters and making they all slope & drain to one side where I placed a rainwater collection tank. The fabrication and connections all look great. The bulk of the job was all done in one day with minimal interference in my life. He matched the house paint color perfectly so it doesn't detract from the appearance. It is very nicely done.

My husband and I decided to use Tallent Roofing for our roof repairs that were desperately needed. Upon contacting their office here in Alpine, Lizzie was an absolute doll to communicate with. She was very thorough on communicating the steps needed, time frames, answered all of our questions. Since the repair, she has called back twice to check in on the status of the repaired area. The gentleman that came and did the initial inspection was exactly the same. Very respectful, took a good length of time talking to my husband and explaining the steps he take to fix the issue. Once the crew showed up, they got straight to work, finished in a timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly. I was a little nervous about left over debris being left but they cleaned up fantastically. After speaking with our neighbors about how happy we were with Tallent Roofing and the entire Alpine crew, we learned Mr. and Mrs. Tallent have sponsored a project in the community that will benefit all in the community who come out to enjoy it! We are so pleased to have a great team in our area that also CARES about the community and not just making money off of people! We would 10/10 recommend and use again!

Mandy and her team went above and beyond for us. Called and had an after hours emergency and they were right on it same day. I can't remember the young man's name that came and fixed our water main but he was incredible. They are our go to from now on for ANY plumbing issue we have!
